Data deletion request

If you messaged a business that uses Sanad AI on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How to request

• Send a message to info@sanad-ai.tech or on WhatsApp at +20 101 000 5470.
• Include the phone number or account name you messaged from, and the name of the business you contacted.

What happens next

• We confirm that the request comes from the owner of that number or account.
• We delete the conversations and contact details linked to you within 30 days.
• We send you a confirmation once it's done.

The business may keep records of completed orders where the law requires it to (for example, invoices).
